Characters | Blonde Woman- Marion Crane Boyfriend Motel Owner – | Victim. Usually use stereotypes because they are usually known as innocent and prime victims because blondes are classed as dumb. Hitchcock follow these stereotypes with Very typical guy that works but has to pay for other bills and household resources. But relies on Mysterious, seems very shy. Could be the murderer but seems very kind like a ‘mummy’s boy’. |

This creates suspense because the story has a massive twist at the end because the audience would think that she is alive. |
